This material is obtained via conjugate spinning of general polyester and modified low-melting polyester. When subjected to heat treatment, the low-melting constituents are melted and bonded, which renders it suitable for adhesion. With an adhesion temperature of approximately 110℃, it is an eco-friendly option. Additionally, it shows remarkable ability in retaining a certain shape upon combination with other materials

The proportion of fiber addition quantity, which ranges from 5% to 50%, can be selected depending on the terminal products. Typically, for the imitation silk cotton series, the addition proportion is approximately 7%. For hard cotton and palm beds, it is around 40%. For other types, the proportion can be increased based on the actual circumstances. |
