Hollow Conjugate Siliconized Polyester Fiber For Filling Material
The superior loft, resilience, and insulation abilities of hollow poly-silicon fiber can be attributed to its unique composition, featuring microscopic air pockets present in each individual strand. By incorporating these tiny chambers, we can further enhance the warmth retention properties of our hollow PSF, while also allowing for an airy, lightweight texture that easily rebounds to its original shape. As an added bonus, our hollow fiber can be easily carded and seamlessly fused with low-melting point fibers for optimal results.
This product has a wide range of applications including spinning yarns, producing geotextiles, filling pillows, stuffed toys, cushions, and more. PTA is typically used for producing virgin fiber, while recycled PET is commonly used for producing recycled fiber.
The hollow poly-silicon fiber boasts superior loft, resilience, and heat preservation attributes compared to its solid counterpart due to the presence of microscopic cavities that effectively trap air and thus aid in insulation. Additionally, our hollow fiber is remarkably easy to card and possesses an excellent affinity for low melting fibers during bonding.
